About the role

Travelers are increasingly asking ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants where to stay. Most independent hotels don’t know what those answers say about them, and many are left out entirely, while chains and booking platforms take the recommendation.

ExactSite helps independent hotels and experience operators get found, described accurately and recommended by AI.

We check how AI describes a property, publish accurate pages on the hotel’s own domain, and track what changes, including real guest enquiries.

We’re live with paying customers across multiple properties and are now building our go-to-market team.

As our Founding Hospitality Partnerships Lead, you’ll be our first commercial hire and work directly with the founding team.

You’ll own the relationships that bring ExactSite to independent hotels, small hotel groups, and the partners who serve them.

What success looks like in your first six months

  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified conversations with hotel owners, general managers and small hotel groups.
  • Close your first customers, including at least one multi-property hotel group.
  • Establish two or three referral or channel partnerships with hospitality consultants, associations or hotel technology providers.
  • Bring back clear market feedback that helps shape our product, pricing and positioning.

This role has a direct line to the founders and real influence on how ExactSite grows.

It’s fully remote. Our initial focus is independent hotels and hotel groups in Europe, but we’re also open to strong candidates based in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach independent hotels, boutique properties and small hotel groups that could benefit from better AI visibility, starting with Europe.
  • Run initial conversations with owners and general managers, explain the problem in their terms, and book product demonstrations.
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through to signed customers, working with the founders on demos and proposals.
  • Build referral and channel partnerships with hotel marketing consultants, revenue managers, hotel associations and hospitality technology providers.
  • Represent ExactSite at industry events, in hospitality communities and on LinkedIn.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations, pipeline and outcomes so we can understand what’s working.
  • Share structured feedback from the market about objections, buying processes, pricing and feature requests.
  • Help develop the sales playbook, materials and case studies we’ll use as the team grows.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in hospitality, hotel technology, distribution, revenue management, hotel marketing or business development.
  • Proven experience selling to or building partnerships with hotel owners, general managers or hospitality groups.
  • An existing network of independent hotels or small hotel groups, ideally in Europe, is strongly preferred.
  • Confident, clear communication in writing, on calls and in person.
  • Self-directed, organized and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
  • Genuine interest in how AI is changing travel discovery. Technical AI expertise is not required.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French or German are a plus.

Compensation

We offer a compensation package combining fixed pay with commission on the revenue you bring in.

Details will be shared during the interview process.

The role is fully remote and part-time initially, with the potential to develop into a full-time position with equity for the right person.
